Building new NHS emergency buildings?
In these unprecedented times we are seeing a huge increase in emergency building of new facilities such as hospitals, storage units and care homes in order to accommodate the need for space and resources in response to the COVID-19 crisis.
This is a process that needs to be as quick and as efficient as possible in order to reduce the amount of people affected by the virus.
Why Use SIPs Eco Panels to build essential buildings?
SIPs Eco Panels have an emergency response team ready that can safely adhere to all social distancing measures whilst being able to manufacture the structures that are desperately needed at this time. We have the capabilities to fulfil any critical building order from temporary partition walls to fully functional hospitals. Our pre insulated panels are manufactured in-house to the specified sizes that are needed, this means that when the panels arrive onsite the building can be erected straight away whilst limiting waste and the amount of time needed to build the structure.
What this pandemic has shown us is that the actions we take and the time we have is vital and we must utilise every minute we have in the push to defeat the coronavirus. We truly believe our method of building is the way in which to streamline this process which will in turn help the NHS and save lives.
The benefits of using SIPs buildings in the current crisis
- Lead time up to 55% quicker than traditional build methods
- Decreased wastage from build
- Cost saving on labour hours needed
- Very environmentally friendly
- The pre insulated panels allow for better control over air quality
- Stronger structures that are highly energy efficient
We have over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and have successfully completed thousands of projects.
At this time we would like to turn our attention towards the problem affecting our staff, communities and the NHS.
We genuinely want to contribute and are prepped and ready to hit the ground running with any assistance needed to support our NHS through this difficult time.
Actions We Have Taken
In our factories we have taken precautions to ensure all social distancing measures are met and made sure that full sanitation is available to all our workers to drastically reduce any infection being spread.
Due to the size of our factory and the skills of our workforce we have been able to put more than enough space between our people whilst ensuring they can still carry out their work effectively.
We have equipped all our staff with the tools they need to carry out their work as effectively as possible.
Our in house specialist designers have very quickly adapted to the new ways of working and are ready to deliver results for you.
