About our Sips Factory

We are very proud of our modern carbon neutral Sips production facility based just north of Edinburgh – making deliveries nationwide very easy. With significant continued investment over the past few years in our CNC manufacturing lines and latest 3D design packages, Sips Eco continues to grow our manufacturing capabilities year on year. By using the latest technology and state of the art gluing process, we can ensure accurate, strong and durable frames delivered to site every time.

SIPS Eco Panels Team Leader
Our Sips Eco panels are manufactured in-house using our state of the art panel press lines. Panels are bonded and pressed using an expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulating foam core sandwiched between two Oriented Strand Board (OSB3) facings. The OSB3 panel has a cover width of 1200mm with standard lengths of 2400, 2700, and 5100mm. Once pressed our CNC machines cut and rebate the panels to the exact shape, size and angle required for your project.

In addition to our factories being powered by green energy We are a waste free facility, with all our EPS offcuts being 100% recycled. All our SIPs EPS has zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) and GWP (Global Warming potential).

All Sips Eco panels and SIPs kits are quality checked before they leave the factory, ensuring a high-quality, precision product free of defects with tight tolerances.

In addition to CPD’s we welcome visitors to our factory who want to learn more about the capabilities of the advanced technology of SIPs construction. Sips Eco Panels extend an invitation to anyone considering using SIPs on their projects to come and visit our production facilities, meet our design, engineering and manufacturing team and see our award-winning SIPs system in action.
